Jubilee Oregon, a local chapter of Jubilee USA Network, is an all volunteer group committed to fulfilling the Jubilee goal of 100% unconditional cancellation of the debt claimed from the countries of the South and "owed" to the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and bi-laterally to countries of the North.
